3. The bearing temperature rise inspection can be measured by hand feeling or simple temperature measuring pen. Generally, it is judged that the lubricating oil temperature rise should not exceed 35 degrees, and the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 40 degrees. If it is abnormal, it should be shut down for maintenance.
4. Bearing vibration inspection requires measurement at the bearing seat, which can be measured by a simple vibration measuring pen. Generally, the vibration speed is measured: axial, vertical, and horizontal directions. Some important reducers have online temperature and vibration detection devices. One is to record the value of each point inspection, and the other is to compare data, including historical data and data of similar units, and timely feedback of fluctuations and abnormalities.

5. The inspection of lubricating oil level generally includes oil dipstick, transparent window oil gauge, etc. The notch on the oil dipstick indicates the range where lubricating oil should be added. When checking the oil level, the external dust and oil should be cleaned to prevent contamination of the lubricating oil; When checking the running status, note that the transparent window oil mark is easy to be blurred and needs to be cleaned or replaced in time.
6. The lubricating oil appears white, black, turbid, etc., and the oil should be replaced in time. For important and large reducers, physical and chemical properties and pollution degree testing can also be carried out as required.
7. Inspection of forced circulation cooling device. Generally, check the output pressure, total flow and the flow of each lubrication point of the lubrication pump station. At the same time, the balance of the oil supply of each lubrication point of the reducer is required, which can be adjusted through the valve.
8. The use of ventilation plugs, ventilation hoods and air filters can prevent the pressure increase in the deceleration box and prevent external dust from entering the box. It is required to regularly clean the fouling and replace the air filter.
9. Open the inspection hole of the reducer regularly, and directly observe the meshing condition of the gears, such as tooth surface wear, pitting, abrasion, gluing, etc. The cover of the inspection hole is usually fixed on the box cover with screws.
10. During the regular dismantling inspection, the important gears are required to be checked by magnetic powder or coloring flaw detection methods, and all parts must be checked at the same time.
11. When the reducer has noise and vibration during operation, it is recommended to check:
bearing clearance;
Gear wear and meshing state;
Bearing housing bore wear;
The alignment of input and output axes;
Whether the anchor bolts are loose.
12. When the reducer leaks, check:
Check the status of seals and bearing end caps;
Check the wear of the shaft at the seal;
Check whether the oil level is too high;
Check split face and bearing end cap bolting.
13. When the lubricating oil and bearing temperature rise of the reducer are abnormal, check:
Lubricating oil state, including viscosity, oil supply, etc.;
