1. Mechanical reasons
(1) The armature is unbalanced. During the rotation, the equipment generates a certain centrifugal force due to the imbalance, which causes the motor to generate a certain vibration. If the equipment has uneven air gap and the main pole is not fixed tightly during the operation, the vibration of the geared motor will be aggravated. Therefore, when the rotor is found to be unbalanced, it needs to be adjusted.
(2) The radial clearance of the bearing is too large, and the outer ring and the end cover are loose. When installing, it should be ensured that the quality of the bearing is qualified. Generally speaking, the bearing, journal and bearing seat should cooperate with each other. If they do not cooperate with each other, it will cause the motor to vibrate. In addition, if the bearing appears Wear, also causes vibration, which requires replacement of new bearings.
2. Electrical reasons
(1) Electromagnetic force. The generation of electromagnetic force is mainly due to the longitudinal oscillation of the magnetic flux under the pole piece, especially when the stator is also open slot, the alternating magnetic pulling force is increasingly generated.
(2) The rotor coil is damaged. When the rotor coil is damaged, the geared motor will have uneven radial force on the rotor during operation, which is similar to the rotor imbalance described above.
