Secondly, let us look at stepless speed regulation, which can be divided into two methods: mechanical speed regulation and electrical speed regulation.


Mechanical speed regulation is to add a mechanical stepless speed regulation device where the motor and the gearbox are connected. The advantages of this speed regulation method are relatively simple operation, high speed regulation stability, and can be used in harsh environments, but it also has disadvantages, that is, the speed regulation range is relatively small and frequent maintenance is required.


The electric speed regulation method can realize the rotor resistance speed regulation and cascade speed regulation of asynchronous motors, and the voltage speed regulation and speed regulation of DC motors.
