What are the reasons why the lubricating oil temperature of the gear motor is too high?

Update:26-07-2022
Summary:...
Under normal circumstances, the following five factors will cause the temperature of the lubricating oil of the geared motor to be too high:
1. The lubricating oil is unqualified or used for too long
If this type of expired or inconsistent lubricating oil is added, and the lubricating oil has not been replaced for a long time, the oil temperature of the reducer may be too high.
2. Too much lubricating oil
When the oil level is higher than the upper and lower limits of the dipstick or visible hole, the oil temperature of the reducer will be too high.
3. Mechanical damage
Mechanical damage includes severe pitting of gears, broken teeth, damage to bearing cages, inner and outer rings, ball bearings, and severe bearing locking or shaft deformation.
4. The outside of the box is covered by debris or dust
When the things accumulated around the reducer or the surface of the body have not been cleaned for a long time, the heat dissipation of the reducer may be incomplete due to the coverage of foreign objects or dust, resulting in an increase in the oil temperature.
5. Blockage or failure of the cooling device
The cooling unit, like the bldc gear motor, was placed in the dusty workshop. If the cooling device is blocked or damaged due to long-term operation without cleaning the internal pipes, the oil temperature of the reducer will rise.
