Reasons for sudden increase of vibration of planetary reducer:
1. The motor screw is loose. Similar to the common fault of coupling, when the motor vibrates for some reason, the vibration will be sent to the reducer, which makes the vibration of the reducer larger.
2. The shaft deformation is unbalanced. When the compressive strength and strength of the shaft are less than the specification or embrittlement occurs due to long-term work, the shaft deformation will cause large vibration of the reducer.
3. The transmission gear is damaged. The damage of the transmission gear includes the serious pitting in the teeth, the large meshing clearance of the transmission gear, the serious damage of the transmission gear teeth, and the broken teeth. The damage of the transmission gear will cause the reducer to be unable to work normally due to the large vibration.
4. The coupler is damaged. When the coupler connected to the planetary reducer is damaged due to oil leakage, loose screws, etc., its vibration will be sent to the reducer, and then the vibration of the reducer will be abnormal.
5. The foundation screw is loose. The reducer will have loose foundation screws or broken screws during long-term operation, which will cause the reducer to vibrate and work abnormally.
